About The Job:
Title: Retail Sales Associate – PT
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Schedule: Will vary Tuesday – Saturday (closed Sunday & Monday)
Salary: $20 per hour
Benefits: Employee discount
Location: Granite Bay, CA
Time Frame: We’re looking for someone exceptional, and we’re ready to welcome you on board ASAP!
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Create a welcoming and hospitable environment that ensures an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers
- Collaborate with management to efficiently handle daily operations at The Shop
Skills & Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, top-notch communication, and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Basic computer skills, with experience using Mac systems. Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus
The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:
- An understanding of the DSI brand and our aesthetics
- A deep-rooted love for the world of home and design
- Impeccable taste and style that aligns seamlessly with the DSI brand.
- A collaborative spirit and a dedication to teamwork, as we leave egos at the door
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks
- A sense of humor, a strong work ethic, and a “can-do” attitude
- Prior experience in home furnishings or retail sales
